In this webinar, we will be discussing the trends for ESD sensitivity on devices, Machine Model issues and device testing according to ANSI/ESD S20.20.
We will present to you an alternate approach to testing devices and show you a case study using the alternate method.
Host and Presenter
Ron Gibson, Senior Application Specialist at Prostat Corporation, has over 30 years of experience in the ESD industry. As a respected member of the standards development community Ron was active in the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) as the Standards Council of Canada’s (SCC) national representative from 1992 to 2012. He was also the Chairman of the IEC 61340-5-1 working group and Chair of the ESD Association’s Standards Committee from 1997-2007.
